Personal agent does make the customer experience outstanding ! From the arrangement of house viewing, putting an order and the follow up service, everything went so smoothly. Paul was truly exceptional. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and his fast turnaround time on all the support I need. He was willing to walk extra mile to help me as a buyer which everything is so new to me in this country.<br><br>I will certainly recommend Personal agent to my friends coming from Hong Kong. Two thumbs up!

Thank you to John Ramsay and The Personal Agent Team Stoneleigh, who helped us with the purchase of our very first home. John was great throughout the whole process; from viewings to completion, he was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all our queries. The team was also supportive and proactive when any issue arose, making all the relevant phone calls when necessary. We will definitely come back to them for future selling/buying properties.

Where do I start! Frank and John were incredible. They were with us every step of the way, even during the most stressful and emotional moments. Frank especially was a total hero. Always at the other end of the phone to answer questions, reassure us and get this over the line as quickly and smoothly as possible. They seriously know what they are doing and went above and beyond at every turn - they truly are the Personal Agent. I highly recommend The Personal Agent, our experience with them has been faultless from start to finish. So helpful are the staff and honest. This is the second time we have sold through them first time ewell office, second time Stoneleigh branch<br>and we were not disappointed (had fantastic service 8 years ago). So professional. We've also had some amazing advice from them with purchasing our new build house. Anyone would be foolish not to use this agency as they truly are the best in the area.

We spoke to a number of larger brand name agents first when deciding which firm to put our property on the market with but, on meeting with the Personal Agent team, they were the most honest, genuine and, more importantly, the most well prepared. We knew immediately that they would provide a unique experience for potential buyers and received multiple offers quickly at the price we wanted which we were able to view and track easily on a web portal. Despite a long and challening sales process as a result of delays with the sales downchain, our negotiator, Paul, and the Personal Agent team were extremely responsive and continued to chase all avenues to help drive the process forward. We would thoroughly recommend the Personal Agent, who were able to provide great progression support which is critical, particularly in the current market environment, where the sales process is taking more time due to high demand for solicitors time.

We completed on the sale of our property via The Personal Agent last week and quite frankly we aren't sure why you would choose any other agent. From the very start their expertise and knowledge is evident. Their marketing is far superior to other agents in the area which really drives people through the door. They conducted over 25 viewings within two days and achieved in excess of £20,000 above our asking price.<br>Andrew and his team clearly understand the local market, were personable to deal with at all times and we highly recommend them.
