Our experience with The Personal Agent has been excellent in dealing with the marketing and selling of our property.
Liam dealt with valuing & placing it on the market in a remarkably short time. He is very likeable & easy to communicate with.We soon had a lot of viewings which resulted in a buyer.
Paul took over as our Sales Negotiator. He is very professional , efficient, helpful & easy to communicate with. Ben was also involved & very helpful too.

We used personal agent to sell and buy our new place and everything was very easy and fuss free, right from the price valuation, viewings at our property through to listen to what we wanted in our new house. Shannon was our seller’s agent and was such a star! Her communication was 10/10 - she kept us updated of the status of things, was really responsive to all our queries, was absolutely patient with us and great at managing our buyers for us when we were experiencing delays with our own buyer. She even helped us to chase our buyer’s solicitors on behalf of our solicitor/estate agent which I wasn’t expecting to keep the chain moving.

Shannon has been helping me with my new house purchase now for a number of weeks. From initial viewings to various questions I have and also the follow up visits . Well I have to say how delightful, patient and warm hearted she really is. She has made this process so much easier for me and as I’m nearly 80 I’ve seen many people over the years to know Shannon really is a star!

Their clear messaging kept the seller informed of some delays through the process (due to no fault of our own), which meant that there was no real tension on that side of things.
They also sped up our own selling process at several different stages despite us using another agent on that side.
Dan Wallace was the main person that we dealt with throughout the purchase and he was honest, efficient and personable. He also provided examples of different alterations that have been made to houses in the area, which helped us think about how the house that we purchased could look over the longer term.
Ben Woolnough filled in for Dan while he was away for a week and provided the same level of help, keeping the process on track through exchange through to pre-completion.
