I have viewed 2 properties with the Personal Agent team, Adam and Shannon-Marie, and both agents have been very informative, helpful and responsive when communicating with us, both before and after the viewing. They're one of the most attentive agencies I've been in touch with. Shannon-Marie in particular showed us a gorgeous property and had all the key information ready for us when we asked our questions.<br><br>The agency seems to have high quality listing's in the Worcester Park area as these 2 properties are our 2 preferred properties we've viewed so far in our search.

Underwhelming experience of buying a property.<br>Things can happen, and they did when buying our first home, understandable. But we were made to feel like liars so they went through all the phone records and emails. Evidence proved we were correct and it moved on.<br>Just the keys on pick up - a congratulations filled with 'if you want to sell in future, we would love to be your choice'. Felt a little heartless after a long-winded buy.

Great experience using The Personal in Stoneleigh.<br>Friendly and professional team who have been easy to contact and fulfilled their promises.<br>Firstly, Liam who valued the property, he was great to deal with and gave us so much advice about the process.<br>Once it went on the market he handed over to Paul and the sales team who have all been really helpful and responsive.
