Callum from Personal Agent has been amazing in helping us secure our dream home in our dream location. It’s been a longwinded and complicated one to agree with all the various parties involved and he was always been on the ball with getting us feedback. He put up with my endless amounts of questions and constant calls and I couldn’t recommend him enough. The personal agent Banstead branch has been excellent. They are responsive, professional and truly try to help if they can. Tom Iddenden was specifically very helpful in liaising between us and the vendor and was happy to arrange multiple viewings.
The move in was made simple and the house was in immaculate condition. Generally very happy.

Fantastic. Superb professional service. The photos and videos and brochure of my property were of excellent high class quality and showcased my property to its best potential. Everything was organised and completed in a very quick and professional manner in regards to putting property on site. Great communication as well in regards to how progress was going and organising of viewings.

As first time buyers my Fiancée and I were very impressed by the service of Tom and George. We were booked in for a viewing very quickly, Tom was really helpful each time we viewed the property and they were always reachable by phone and by email. We were most impressed by how they stayed in contact throughout the process and kept checking in with both sets of solicitors to keep things moving forward.
