I use the HR support via phone on a regular basis for professional advice and lots of other information on the website for reference! We signed up to FSB when we initially started our business in 2018. We have had nothing but great experiences with FSB. With the initial set up and during the Pandemic. The development manager Paul Foster has been extremely helpful and supportive in helping us secure funding to keep our business afloat. We highly recommend FSB to anyone in business.

Having attended yesterday's webinar on IR35, I can say that the FSB enable members to plug into superb capability and resources. Rebecca Seeley Harris, who is an Independent Employment Status, Off-payroll & IR35 Expert/Advisor certainly knows the subject matter and clearly outlined matters for consideration on a somewhat complex set of parameters due to differing interpretations and applications of the regulations and answered numerous attendees’ questions with subject matter knowledge and clarity. Many thanks for all the enabling support that the FSB provides to both members and non members.

This webinar on IR35 was helpful, although I think I would benefit from a little more specialist advice for my particular circumstances. it was pitched at the right level you needed to have a bit of background knowledge but things were explained well, plenty of time for questions as well which is always helpful
