Why the stairs from the centre don't go all the way up the car park levels I don't know. If you prefer to use your legs and stairs, you have to stop at level 2, pay for your token (hence queues at level two pay machine), then walk over to the other stairs to continue, regardless of where your car is parked on the level. Either this or wait forever for the lifts that really should be saved for buggies or the infirm. Very frustrating when the lifts are full with people coming from upper floors!!
