I left 3 messages for George to call me back ... I wanted to check on European cover as they did not email me the full insurance pack - I asked repeatedly if I could have docs in the post, (answer 'no' until just now) and the Cert of Insurance would not print out from their PDF, (well it did on a totally black page!). This is my second year with RightSure and it should have been much smoother than the mistakes they made last year!
