I needed to complete a 'data check' after taking out van insurance, my call was answered within a couple of rings and was answered by George. the call was very efficient, easy to understand and no robotic reading of pages of t&c's, all done in 10mins.

Sunny was very helpful, clarified a query with a non-fault claim whilst I held on the phone, was very informative, professional and friendly. It's a shame premiums are so high now, but that was out of his control. He did his utmost to find the best price and for that I am grateful.
