The gentleman I spoke to when I renewed was the same guy i spoke to a week or so ago to make changes to the policy.
He went through everything with me.
It was refreshing to have someone so pleasant, jovil, friendly and helpful on the phone so early on a Monday morning, a rare thing now a days.
