Price quoted online wasnt the final price and the company do have some steep penalties. Also i was insured on a t4 but they dont seem to allow for the caravelle designation on the registration doc which apparently means they should be treated as a car. Early days with this company so difficult to really say how things will turn out.

Very painless experience. Simple enough to fill in all the online forms - It helped to have all my information stored previously on "Compare the Market" where "Van Quote Direct" were also listed.
Van Quote Direct sent 2 very thorough and "to the point" emails and I only had to forward one document (my previous insurers no claims discount proof). So very easy overall.
