Called to renew my van insurance and spoke to George. He was very helpful an made the process easy. He also mentioned that I could get a discount if I took out public liability insurance. No hard sell involved, just information. It make a change for a company NOT to renew your insurance automatically. It means you don't have to wait 30 ay to get a refund for something you didn't want in the first place

Looking for insurance is a necessary but not always straightforward process. Today, Amit Kukadia took great care in ensuring that the process was a smooth as possible, that the details had been addressed and that the policy being purchased was sufficient for our needs. Amit listened and answered all queries thoroughly and with courtesy. It was most refreshing to talk to someone rather than dealing with the ubiquitous 'bot'. Although it is to be hoped that we do not need to test the claims handling process, the purchase of the policy was made much easier.

My call with Mohamed Mulji is an example of how it should be done. I took the call during office hours, didn’t have to tell Mohamed I was busy he surmised I would be and rattled through his check list. He answered my questions and it was all done in a few minutes, not before briefly discussing being from the same neck of the woods. In a few words; efficient, professional and personable.
