Your £90 charge for admin fee for any alteration to a policy is very expensive, most insurance companies charge no more than £50 and quite often will waiver the fee.

The only problem was that the actual Insurance figure was over £20.00 more than the quoted e-mail amount....and no explanation why. Everything else was straitforward.

After being completely shocked with the renewal price of my car insurance, I decided although unusual, to search the internet for perhaps a better deal, it wasn't long before I was guided towards Bedford insurance, and couldn't believe the deal they were offering, to cut a long story short I ended up using Bedford Insurance and in doing so got a far better cover, at over £100-00p less, so for myself Bedford are definitely a five star company.

Had no trouble in dealing with you when I was booking my insurance.
Only draw back was when was told I needed proof of "my no claims bonus", i asked my previous insurer to send proof of no claims which they did. I then emailed it on to you, and I have had no response that it was received and was ok!
I assume that it was acceptable because i would have been told my insurance was invalid, but it would have been nice just to have a response just saying thanks.
