A real person to talk to, who was totally helpful and wanted to get me the best policy to meet my requirements!
Amit explained everything, using normal English, and was not just out for the "Hard Sell" technique that really makes me suspicious when talking to telephone operators.
It turns out, I opted for more "Add ons" due to Amit's friendly and non pressured approach to his job, than I would have done if the products had bben "Thrust down my throat" as can sometimes happen in these situations!

I found Right Sure on a comparison website (which I'd never heard of before). I am disappointed that from the start , I can’t pay the full amount and have to enter into a extortionate credit agreement with close brothers who from previous experience I don’t like as a company particularly. On the positive side, I feel the people that I spoke to in your organisation were very helpful, especially, as I have two cars insured with you both Lexus, but of course, different registrations. So my experience of right Sure is good, but to make some extra money for seeing your clients into a credit agreement they don’t want it’s not so good. May I also say that because it’s online there is much duplication of paperwork being sent which sometimes is confusing on a telephone call. Your staff was happy to help resolve this.
