Got a quote via a Comparison Site and was able to call direct as speak in person without having to go through countless menus or try an get Autobots to understand words like YES! Also assured that in unlikely event of having to make a claim human contact will be similarly easy. This made us choose RightSure as a Broker over Aviva who are underwriting our insurance but uninclinded to give direct contact numbers. Slightly sad that there is not an option to have the Policy Documents sent in the Post, but eMail is a bit of the modern world that I can live with.
