I left my renewal to the very last minute but thankfully I was able to call customer service and get it sorted very quickly over the phone. I spoke to a gentleman called Mohamed Mulji who was very helpful and clear. It makes a change to call a number and get put straight through to a person, makes everything easier.

I find this company efficient and their customer service is always helpful and polite. My policy isn’t automatically renewed so has to be done over the phone but that it always a quick and friendly process.
