Special mention to Steve Murphy for today’s assistance in speedily renewing my van insurance. But I’ve had good experiences with everyone I’ve spoken to. After setting up the policy online I received a phone call from Graham who was extremely helpful and courteous. He confirmed my details and was able to reduce the cost of my policy by adding some additional details that I had overlooked. Excellent and very helpful customer service. Thank you Graham.

Just insured my van for the fourth year with Rightsure. The insurance premium has increased, but it has across the board so it’s unfair to complain about the company because of that. I spoke with Steve Murphy who was super helpful and polite. Steve was able to make changes to the policy over the phone without backwards and forward ‘livechat’ and in a world where customer service is sorely lacking it was a pleasant experience.

Mo, the RightSure guy I spoke to, to arrange my motor insurance, was quick, courteous, clear and efficient. I was taken aback by the cost but there is nothing RightSure can do about the market : I'm a returning RightSure customer, after selling my last car some months back. I was previously with them and their predecessor Bedford for many years and have always found them to be very competitive.
I've always found RightSure easy to contact and responsive. Mo continues that customer-satisfying tradition.
