Great service at Milners last month. Very helpful in the store talking through options, making samples available, sending someone for a site survey, preparing the quotation - very flexible as somethings we did ourselves, some things Milners took care of. But, easy to be good to deal with in the shop. Harder to actually deliver. I have to say it was a pleasure having the fitter/s working at the house everyday. They were so tidy, organised and gave some great advice on how the fittings would work and look best. Two weeks after fitting and we're absolutely delighted with the end result - almost a shame to put the furniture back on top of it. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased curtains from Milners in Ashtead. I found the whole experience easy to deal with from my first meeting with the wonderful sales ladies followed by the professional lady who did the on site measurements. The man who replaced the old track,fitted the new one and the curtains was fantastic in all he did from clearing the last speck of dust to disposing of materials not required

Fabulous team at Milners. I have been using the same company for many years and many different styles of curtains and blinds. The whole team were amazing, from the design, the advice on styles and patterns, the blinds were beautifully made and then the big day of installation was brilliant. Milners have been fantastic from start to finish. We needed to have our floorboards mended and a new carpet laid and were running to a tight schedule. They accommodated all our needs, and everyone - the person that arrived to measure up, the people that mended the floorboards, the carpet fitters, as well as Tony who coordinated the whole project and guided us with our choice of carpet, were professional and a pleasure to deal with. We will not hesitate to return in the New Year as we tackle the next room. Thank you to all who helped us.

Millers are first class. Tony Wheeler in the showroom is highly knowledgeable and helpful. He gives you time to consider options and lends endless samples to take home a try. The fitting team Simon and Michael also impressed, they worked diligently and tidily. Over the two days they laid new Amtico in three rooms to the highest standard and even finished early!

I had Amtico flooring fitted and a rug/ runner made by Milners last year/this year. I would highly recommend this company as from start to finish my individual needs were listened to and I was also given great advice as to what was most suitable for my home. Staff on the shop floor and the guy who fitted my flooring were professional and went beyond just selling flooring. They cared about what would make my home comfortable and look good. I want to say thank you to such a a great company as customer service of this quality is hard to come by in these current times!

Milners offer a first class service from start to finish. Tony O'Brien was both professional and knowledgeable, with an old world politeness sadly lacking in today's retail experience. Tony kept us informed from the moment of sale right thru to the fitting of our Amtico flooring, nothing was too much trouble. Michael, the flooring fitter, carried out an excellent job despite finding a problem when lifting the old flooring up, he simply re-assessed what was needed and got on with it. The floor looks amazing and we are thrilled with it. We would highly recommend Milners to anyone seeking to buy carpets or flooring, you will not be disappointed with the level of service you receive.

Very impressed with the service from Milners. Good quality carpets, fitted by two extremely professional fitters, laying carpets in four rooms as well as stairs and landing in one day! The door cutting service was also excellent. A good old fashioned company believing in customer service. Will certainly use them again.

The whole experience with Milners was fabulous, we started by having a delightful chap come to the house to measure up the carpet, he had some really sensible ideas and made us feel that he really knew what he was talking about. We then dealt with Tony Wheeler, who has to be the most patience man I know. We ordered to carpet in the Spring and due to unforeseen building difficulties, we couldn't lay the carpet until the Winter. Tony was full of understand each time I had to phone to delay things further, there was never any upset or annoyance shown, he was just sympathetic and full of understanding. The carpet has now been laid and the whole process was just great, we had 2 great guys come to the house, they were tidy and respectful and left the house feeling like a home as opposed to a building site. I could not find (not that I was looking) any fault with Milners, they were fantastic from start to finish and I cannot thank them enough for what they did for us. Thank you again, you are all wonderful!

Dave came to our house to fit a kitchen blind. He was such a lovely person and was very friendly and personable. He did a great job on the blind and the woman who answers the phone in soft furnishings is an asset to the company. Would definitely recommend.

Working with Gary and the team at Milners has been a really positive experience. We have been renovating a community hub and right at the start Gary generously donated and helped us sort out the old flooring in the snooker room with carpet tiles. More recently Mark did a fantastic job fitting carpet and vinyl in other spaces, problem solving as he went along. Gary, Tony, Tony Mark and the wholl team, thank you very much, fantastic job.
