As a wedding and party planner, it is essential to me to find and work with only the best suppliers. David and his team are always so professional, helpful and great fun to work with and all of my clients have loved them too. Their creativeness in the kitchen always results in delicious, beautiful looking food - nothing is too much trouble and they never fail to deliver. The team are also brilliantly helpful at events, making sure that guests are happy and having a great time no matter what. I look forward to working with them on many more occasions.

The Four Gables team provided a wonderful party for my wife & me at our home last Friday. We were able to enjoy the event without having responsibility for the catering. The food & drink were excellent, imaginatively presented and nicely served. Furthermore, the planning phase was seamless. Very many thanks.

We use Four Gables for a summer party and hosted dinner parties, most recently NY Eve. They are prompt tidy and produce the best food and menus (with plenty of consultation) including cocktails and canapes. The food is as good as the best London establishments. Highly recommended

We used Four Gables for a summer buffet lunch for 160 people - they were quite outstanding. Nigel and his team were so professional and helpful and the food was amazing. Highly recommend.

This a very professional and caring set up. David the patron chef is passionate about what he does.He goes about his business in an ethical and passionate way. I have been attending cookery schools for years as I am a passionate foodie. I learnt so much attending David's master class of puddings yesterday in a great setting in a small group..... David taught how to make spun sugar, sugar baskets , temper chocolate and nine delicious recipes.... The teaching was a blend that suits the attendees comfort zone from novice to the more experienced cook. I wholeheartedly recommend the courses they David and his well drilled team run. I certainly will be attending more.... All the best Tim Martin
