This was our first time at El Rincon and it definitely won’t be our last! The restaurant had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and Carlos was very welcoming and made us feel very at home. I have been learning Spanish for nearly a year and decided that it was time to practice outside of the classroom. I was nervous to speak for the first time, and knowing that I was making silly mistakes, but Carlos and the young waiter were great, thank you so much guys 😊

We had tapas to start, I had Gambon en Salsa Blanca and my husband had Higado Encebollado which is liver in a lovely rich wine sauce, I didn’t know that liver could be that tender and could taste that good! We had the Rape Langosta from the specials menu on Carlos’ recommendation and it was beautiful. We are looking forward to returning soon so we can try more of the delicious dishes!

Ee choose paella valenciana, with Paso a Paso verdejo to drink. Superb! Very tasty as we use to have paella in different places.
Our host Carlos was always there and behind scene, chefs Gil and Miguel prepared this unforgettable recipe. We will go again soon, whatever be paella or else.

I’ve lived not far from this restaurant for over 24 years, but until this evening had never visited, which considering me and my partner & our teenaged children are foodies was a serious oversight. We wish we had visited sooner! (To be fair though our girls wouldn’t have fully appreciated the tapas until now.)
The service was genuinely warm & friendly - the guys clearly care about their business and their customers. The tapas was superb - moreish on every level. The octopus was especially good, as was the white Rioja. This restaurant is a hidden gem and we will definitely return., Highly recommended.

Amazing traditional spanish food with a very cozy atmosphere! The jamon iberico and the baked aubergines were exceptional - can't wait to try the paella next time!

First time in this restaurant. Went as the reviews were good. The decor was not very spanish, you wouldn't know it was a Spanish restaurant if it wasn't for.the menu. The food(we had tapas) was a bit bland and not very hot. The staff was pleasant and provided adequate service. The coffee machine needs a good clean, the steam wand had about 3 weeks worth of milk stuck to it. Not somewhere we'll go again.

Wow, what a feast! OMG proper quality fresh food prepared while you wait, and boy is it worth waiting for! Certainly the best fresh tapa for miles.

What a wonderful restaurant. We were a party of 6, celebrating a 70th birthday. We pre-ordered two paellas and also ordered from the regular menu. The food was sensational, the service was flawless and the atmosphere delightful. Lastly, the whole evening was phenomenally good value for money. Whilst about 40 minutes away from me, I would cheerfully pay for a taxi again to go there in the future. Thank you.

This place is great. I think the staff really makes a lovely experience for you. The food was very tasty, and the wine helped wash it down ð. Carlos was a great help when I was stuck for choices, lol. The only thing I would personally prefer would be a bread basket served for the table instead of one slice of bread when we asked for it. One slice of bread is a bit stingy considering all the lovely sauce in the tapas we ordered. We would definitely return, though, especially to see the desserts trolly.
