Recently Mr. W and Miss Moore completed this with respect to works undertaken by Shanice in our Wills & Probate team. They both gave excellent feedback related to – overall service – communications – and recommendation of our services.
As to ways to improve this, Mr.W said “don’t Let Shanice leave” and also added “It was a pleasure dealing with Shanice, who was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt throughout the process. During challenging times in life, such as bereavement, it can make all the difference to have someone like that helping you.”
