Amazing service! Shilpav is very attentive to details and gave me suggestions and actually considered buyer’s point of view. His suggestions are genuine and not ‘just for the job’.
He replied email straight away and still answered my calls after office hour! He’d give calls and provide confirmations/ report at the key stages which most buyers worry about. You can just trust that he gets the job done with no worries!

I recently bought a house with my partner thanks to the excellent conveyancing assistance from Shilpav, Janet, and BWTLaw. Their experience and guidance was invaluable and reassuring throughout the process. Shilpav even provided advice on how to deal with our very pushy seller. Their rates are quite reasonable too. As one area of constructive feedback, they could sometimes be slow to respond to emails, but they always came through in the end. Overall, a great experience and would recommend!

Brilliant service. I cannot thank Shilpav enough for his work on my sale and purchase of my new house. The sale in particular was very difficult and stressful due to archaic and unfair laws surrounding leaseholds, but Shilpav did what he could to find solutions. James was a life saver earlier this week when we needed an independent solicitor witnessing at the last moment before our property exchange. In the mad rush ahead of stamp duty exemption deadline, no solicitor was willing to even speak to me about this small job but bwt not listened but arranged to help me within few hours. Shows their character and I will be usijg them for a bigger service next time!
