Yes 3 long years and incredible hard work getting it all sorted but finally thanks to the untiring efforts of Marion Hayns from Banstead Village In Bloom, the Lady Neville Park in Avenue Road Banstead finally has it’s benches.

These bright additions to the park provide the much needed seating to be enjoyed by the kids and grown ups.

Marion says “the bright colours really ‘sang out’ as I hope you can see from the photos above. I feel sure that once the completion of the refurbishment of Pistachios and its reopening in the spring occurs, the children’s play park will be a magnet attracting many visitors to Banstead as I always believed it could be.”

We are most grateful to the local businesses and individuals named below whose generous contribution allowed us to pay for the purchase and installation of  these lovely benches to complete the refurbishment of the Lady Neville Children’s Play Park.
