COMMUNITY EVENT TO PROMOTE LOCAL
EMPLOYMENT, TRAINING AND ECONOMY

Committed to helping local people reach their potential, five Epsom based organisations are working together to hold the fourth annual Epsom & Ewell Employment Fair on Wednesday 15 May 2019 at the Rainbow Leisure Centre in Epsom.

Being out of work or training can have a serious impact on a person’s livelihood and self-confidence. So Rosebery Housing Association, The Ethos Project, Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, The Best of Epsom and Ewell and What’s On In Epsom are offering people the chance to meet with employers and training providers, to explore local opportunities. The Employment Fair, which is free for the public to attend, will run from 11am to 3pm at the Rainbow Leisure Centre, East Street, Epsom KT17 1BN.

The event will offer:

  • Face-to-face meetings with local employers and businesses;
  • A broad range of job and training opportunities;
  • The chance to make new connections and boost confidence.

There is a good variety of employers confirmed to be attending the event, including Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Cherry Childcare, Chessington World of Adventures and the Royal Automobile Club.

The event has been organised with support from GLL and Epsom Rotary Club, who are sponsoring this worthwhile community initiative.
