YogaBellies for Pregnancy - pregnancy yoga classes for women in their second and third trimesters
YogaBellies for Pregnancy yoga classes are specially designed to support you throughout your pregnancy, helping you to stay fit and healthy, and preparing you for birth and motherhood. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and all mats and equipment are provided.
In addition to traditional yoga postures (all of which are suitable in pregnancy), we spend some time each week working on breathing techniques to help you during labour, and always finish class with a period of deep relaxation to help you bond with your baby.
