Noticed that are aerial channels weren't working since we recently upgraded up Sky system to Sky Q, called Tectonic to seek help, was advised that as we have updated our Sky to Sky Q our current RF2 connection won't work in the other bedrooms, we didn't realise this would happen so hadn't planned in advance. Always there to help and give advice when needed whether it's our electrics or our TV's, and now we can view our Sky and Freeview channels problem free thanks to the Tectonic Team.

Tectonic sorted me out with a new aerial lead with an 90 degree adapter which was longer as we have just put the TV on the wall and our one didn't fit. Sorted out and made to order within 5 mins and collected that afternoon. Thanks for your fast response/service guys

We came back from holiday and notice we had a old light fitting in our bedroom had started to burn the plate of the light fitting, within 15 minuets of speaking with Rhian and Nigel we have an engineer out and supplied us with a new light fitting to replace the fitting that could have potentially set fire to the house. Couldn't recommend them more.

We accidentally drilled through a cable in the evening last week and Nigel from Tectonic were with us within 20mins of us calling in the evening around 7pm. Another great job carried out by Tectonic brand new kitchen spot lights and refitted our extractor fan. I'm so happy with the outcome they did a great job in our bathroom along with our EICR testing. Wouldn't use anyone else.
