Our Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Kelly has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years. Her background is in midwifery and completed her Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. She is passionate about women’s health, maternal mental health in particular, and how yoga can have a positive impact on this. Her classes draw from her years of midwifery experience and combine them with yoga to support you through your pregnancy journey to prepare you for labour, birth and meeting your little one.
Classes are ideal for beginners as well as those with a strong yoga practice. Suitable after your 12 week scan until 42 weeks of pregnancy
