An agency that goes way beyond anything I have seen anywhere else- they work with schools, training organisations, local authorities, LEPs as well as of course the business world of all sizes. They treat each individual with respect, care and sensitivity. They LISTEN to what you want and need as an employer. They are led by a truly inspirational woman who is herself a director of the REC. The whole team give up their own time regularly to raise funds for local charities. The coverage is across all sectors and they always go that extra mile. Exceptional in so many ways.

I connected with Harriet from RSE Group to help me find opportunities. As I currently work in recruitment I have a pre conceived notion on recruitment consultants however I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. RSE Group recently helped me to find my first employee, when we met in January, we agreed that it would be an interesting and challenging search as I don't operate in mainstream accountancy and the person that I was after was a highly skilled technical report writer who preferably had an IT background. I met both Mandy Brook and Leanne Atkins over coffee to discuss the role and we agreed to see how things went. As it was my first hire they were very good at working with me to develop the job advert and to highlight the most appropriate skills I was looking for. The search did prove to be more of a challenge than any of us thought, but they were successful in finding me a candidate who more than exceeded my requirements and who so far, touch wood, has hit the ground running and proven to be a very good find. RSE are a mine of information when it comes to the recruiting game and being a growing business themselves have probably already gone through the problems that you might experience when you are trying to recruit to grow your business.
