The RSE group assisted us when we needed help most. I had been sceptical about using recruitment agencies as I had a Dickensian view that anyone worth employing in our industry would only need to make a phone call. I didn’t have the time to go through the process and Mandy and the team took the pain away and did the filtering and got us to a young man who has a great attitude, wants to learn, has real initiative and is self driven. We, most definitely, got the right man for the job and I have more time on my hands!

Just want to say thanks for your help arranging my 3 week's work at Rathfinny everyone at RSE was fab. Having used various recruitment companies throughout the last ten years I have found the RSE Group the only agency to keep in contact throughout the stressful process of finding a job. I have been approached by RSE group completely as a surprise. I have submitted my CV on one of the recruitment sites with out any real hopes of finding decent offer. After couple of days RSE gave me a call. They had studied my CV very carefully and found a perfectly matched role for very niche trade that I was working in - stone fabrication. Lady called Bogna has had at most professional approach and was well informed in regards of ongoing salaries, standards and requirements within my industry. They really have done they homework. Interview was arranged in timely manner and introduction was made promptly, so that both Me and employer knew exactly what to expect. Bogna has created very friendly atmosphere to all of the process. Her communication and people skills are second to none.

Following on from my review in November, just another quick note to thank Mandy and Harriett for their help in finding two new members of staff for my team, we managed to get so much more done in December than I thought, it's made January quite quiet! Lots more interesting things happening and I reckon I'll be back in touch with them in the summer for someone else! Can't recommend the A team at RSE group highly enough.
