I was suffering in agony. I needed serious dental treatment but I was terrified of going to the dentist. I went to see Matthew and made the discovery that it was actually my fear of injections and needles thjat stopped me going.
Matthew hypnotised me and made me feel that I didn't have a care in the world. I was so relaxed. I let go of my fear and when at the dentist I just let him get on with it. I could relax again and allow myself to drift off while the essential work got done.

Hi, I wanted to let Ealing (and the rest of the world) know that I passed my driving test after seeing Matthew Hall for driving test nerves. He was lovely. he taught me tapping techniques, to stop me getting flummoxed, and hypnotised me to take me through the test perfectly in my trance. After listening to the CD recording for two weeks I had already taken the test in my head many times, so it was easy to do it in reality. I am now a driver. thank you Matt.

Well, I wasn't sure about hypnotherapy. But when my uncle died I promised my mum that I would do my best to give up smoking. I found Matthew on your pages and was happy to give him a go.
The trance was amazing. He took me back to happy memories that I had completely forgotten, and building on my good memories, he changed my thoughts to those of being a non smoker. I'd tried to stop smoking a few times but always returned to the odd one or two cigarettes after a few days and within no time at all I would be the same heavy smoker. But after just 1 hour with Matthew undergoing hypnosis I can truly say I am a non-smoker for good. I don't want a cigarette and haven't even thought of it. I have saved so much money and feel really proud of myself.

I'd been a light smoker since my teens and though I really wanted to stop I was sceptical about hypnotherapy even when I turned up for my appointment with Matthew. He explained the process clearly which made me feel very relaxed in his care. The treatment has really helped me to stop smoking and biting my nails too. Not even a craving. I have recommended Matthew to a number of friends and hope they don't waste time in seeking help as I did at first.
