I gave up smoking with Matthew Hall and lost weight too. I first saw him at his Hillingdon base, in March, and then had two more sessions at his Ealing clinic. He helped me examine my motivations for smoking (numerous) and those for giving up (few). Then he convinced my mind that it was time to stop - and stop I did.
But the benefits didn't stop there, as he had also put in the suggestion that I had had a gastric band fitted - so I didn't snack out, as I had feared. By the end of the six week program I had lost a stone, and am still losing weight after another six weeks.
Matthew gave me self confidence, and as a non smoking, slim lady, I now have a wonderful boyfriend. Full marks to effective hypnosis.

I was able to give up my addiction to alcohol with effective hypnosis.
Whilst not technichally an alcoholic, I could see that, over a period of two years, my dependance on alcohol had cost me increasing amounts of money, my relationship, and damaged my job, too. I tried AA but didn't really hit it off with them.
When I rang Matthew Hall, He assured me that it was not a problem. He would teach me techniques to control cravings, hypnotise me and convince my mind that I didn't need or want to drink.
Having agreed that this was what I wanted, I turned up at his clinic, which is very close to my flat, and went under - for what was a very relaxing experience. I didn't really need the following two sessions, because this changed my life completely. I now have new hope for the future.

I saw Matthew to get over my fear of dentists and stop smoking. He was really clued in to what was going through my mind. I have now stopped smoking and was able to get my teeth cleaned up at the dentist. I am now able to impress employers rather than put them off.

I am so happy that I managed to stop my beer drinking with hypnotherapy. It wasn't a serious alcohol thing, but it added to my weight no end.

I was thinking about losing weight for new year, and I looked at your website for inspiration. It seemed that Effective Hypnosis had a lot going for it so I phoned Matthew and booked my first session. He got me to imagine that I was a big star, lapping up adulation from an adoring public, and with the help of a hypnotic gastric band I found that I have lost ten pounds before my second session. My clothes are getting looser, and people are starting to notice too.

A friend recommended Mike's workshop to me as he had good experience at Automatic Man when his Mercedes had developed a gearbox problem.
I live quite away from his workshop so I was prepared to leave it with him but when I returned an hour later the car was not only diagnosed but fixed too!
Not only that but Mike refused to take any money from me saying it was a simple fault and it only took him 15 minutes, so the least I can do is spread the word about Automatic Man.
