I got a recommendation from a neighbour of mine, here in Teddington, who knew Matthew from BNI networkers. I travelled over to see him at his clinic to ask him if he could end my addiction to chocolate. He taught me how to stop cravings, then gave me a horrible association with chocolate, so I never want to feel that again - I felt sick - he then hypnotised me so that it stuck in my mind. i no longer want it. As a result I am a stone lighter, wearing smaller size clothing, and singing his praises all over my area too.

I have just finished doing a show. I didn't have the confidence to do anything like it before. But I went to Matt for self confidence and to stop smoking. I definitely wouldn't have been able to sing so well before I stopped smoking, and I needed to get the high notes, but I wouldn't have performed in front of 600 people before I had hypnotherapy. I went to see matt three months ago. My boyfriend and I were worried as I was drinking heavily and my weight was growing as a result. We had some laughter together and then he lulled me into a sleep state, and did the therapy. Now I still drink, but have cut down and lost some weight too. It really was the most amazing experience. My wife and I went to see Matthew in January last year for help with weight control. He gave us the hypnotic gastric banding and taught us to steer our thoughts to fruits rather than cakes and biscuits. We lost weight over the course of the programme, but continued to lose weight gradually all year. We now go to dances together, and this helps. We would never have thought of it before.

Ciaron Mc Partlin is the consummate professional when it comes to plastering and finishing walls, ceilings, cornices and mouldings. I found his quote reasonable and he did everything he said he would. He came on the agreed date, worked hard every day until the job was done, cleared up and left no mess, and was cheerful with it. The quality of the work was first class and I was well-pleased with the result. If only I could find these skills for all the other trades I need to keep the house in good shape

I was delighted with Ciaron's work. He plastered one of my bedrooms and the work was completed quickly and with no hassle whatsoever. It made such a difference to the room, and I couldn't believe how clean and tidy it was at the end of the job as I always thought plastering was such a messy job! I had a few quotes and whilst he wasn't the cheapest I decided to go for his quote via recommendations and experience, as I have heard horror stories from friends chosing cheap quotes thinking they were getting a bargain, but having to have the work redone as the quality was so bad, ending up with them paying way over what they should have. I would highly recommend Ciaron to anyone thinking of hiring a plasterer.

Ciaron has just finished plastering a complete room for us - ceiling and walls plus new cornicing. This is the second time we have used his services. His standard of work is excellent and we are very happy with the high quality finish he has achieved. He does the plastering with the minimum amount of disruption and mess and respects the fact that he is working in your home, not on a building site. Ciaron plans his work well and kept us fully informed when extra work on a previous job meant he could not start our work on the first date we had agreed. Once he did start though, he stayed with us until the work was completely finished, starting every day on time. We contacted him after being given two separate references from happy locals.
