I went to see the doctor about my anxieties and he offered me antidepressants. But I wasn't depressed. So I asked how I could deal with my anxieties without medication. He said that I could try counselling or hypnotherapy. I went to see Matthew. He took me to the place of no concern, installed ego boosting,and taught me how to do it for myself. I feel fantastic.This has taken away my loneliness, as well as my anxieties. Thank you Matthew.

I was a weekend binger. I would be good as gold sticking to a diet plan Monday to Friday, but when the weekend came I would go wild on food and drink - overloading on sugary stuff and sparkling wine. As a result I was always hungry and I looked older than I should. Someone from my nail business recommended Matthew - as he had stopped her smoking. I rang him up, and he arranged an appointment a few days later. He asked me lots of questions about my relationship to food, taught me techniques to deal with sugar craving, then hypnotised me to convince my subconscious mind that my sweet tooth had gone. After we had finished the program I had lost a good 16 pounds, my moods had calmed,and my skin looked younger. I am still losing weight. Thank you Matthew

I went to see Matt because I was still getting broncitus despite havig given up smoking last year. He did explain that some of the chemicals in E cigarettes were still dangerous. Matt got me off the addiction I had to vaping, and I feel very healthy. Thanks Matt

I went to Matthew because of the awful state of my teeth. They were yellow from cigarette stains and chipped because of my sweet tooth and eating chocolate. Matthew helped me to give up smoking - though controlling my cravings with tapping and hypnotherapy - and then hypnotised me to drop the sweet tooth. He gave me all sorts of advice on controlling a sugar habit - so that I could have the occasional party cake rather than an hourly one - and I lost two stones, in addition to smartening up my teeth. I went to see Matthew to stop smoking with hypnotherapy. I realised that smoking was just getting too expensive when I got fined £65 by an enforcement officer - having dropped a cigarette butt out of my car window. I was moaning about this at my local, when somebody produced Matthew's card. She said that he had stopped her and that he was the solution to my problem. I was highly sceptical. But I gave him a ring, and he said that he could fix me. He did and I feel fantastic - full of youthful energy and richer too. My sister has also been for weight loss and she has been fixed too.

Ciaron came to quote at his appointment time, his quote was received that day and was competitive. He then came to undertake the making good the plasterwork of my three bedroom

Ciaron has just re-plastered three areas of water-damaged wall in our house. I had been rather dreading the upheaval but he made the experience straightforward and low-stress. I was impressed by his no-fuss approach, punctuality, organisation, diligence and tidiness - he kept mess to an absolute minimum and made a point of leaving the rooms clean and habitable at the end of the day. He is a cheerful but unobtrusive presence and really goes the extra mile. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
