I'll make no bones about it. I was getting pretty fat. My meals were ok, but the drinking and snacking were to blame. I would sit down with a bottle of wine to watch a film, and after the wine would lay into the chocolate and cakes. Things that I hate - but drinking makes me so hungry. Hypnotherapy changed that. I gave up chocolate and cut down my wine intake. I have lost 16 lbs and feel healthier too. Thank you Matthew

I had been using cannabis in order to help me cope with back pain. But the tobacco I mixed with it gave me coughing fits. I wanted to give up and have no pain. I learned how to control my pain with Matthew Hall. He made me feel wonderful.He taught me how to switch off sensations of discomfort. and then convinced me, through hypnotoc trance, that I was a non - user. Now that I have not used cannabis since August I have no worries about winter colds and have been given my life back. Thank you so much.

I initially approached Ciaron looking to have work done on my ceiling in a few months time. The ceiling was much worse then initially thought and thankfully Ciaron was able to squeeze our job in and carry the work out. He was professional throughout and we are thoroughly pleased with the end result. Our lounge was left so clean afterwards that if it wasn't for the obvious replastering of the ceiling, you would have never known Ciaron had been. Hopefully we won't need any further work doing but if we did, we wouldn't hesitate in approaching Ciaron again. Thank you! Charlene and Omar

I toyed with the idea of seeing a hypnotist for a year before I did it.I wish I hadn't waited-butI wasn't convinced that it was real. I had seen "You're back in the room " on tv and realised that I could potentially escape from my addiction to smoking, but it was a long time before I plucked up the courage to book an appointment. But I did,and Mattthew stopped me smoking. I feel rejuvenated and that a weight has been lifted from my shoulders - I have no stress and his back up CD is wonderful to drift off to at the end of the day. 37 days smoke free - what a success.

I tried for years to give up smoking, but the nicotine cravings always led me back to cigarettes. As a last resort I tried hypnotherapy. Matthew was marvelous. He convinced me that i didn't want to smoke - and I didn't feel any cravings. It's been 47 days now and I feel so much better -both physically and psychologically.

My Uncle, who used to smoke rollies, was recently diagnosed as having emphasema on his lung -at the very young age of 35. My mum nagged me to give up smoking - so I wouldn't be that way in 15 years time. I found my way to Matthew Hall and enjoyed wonderful hypnosis with him. I can't believe how slim and trim my partner and I have become since we went to see Matthew to get help in cutting down on drinking. We were getting into a state - first drinking only as a celebration, then drinking because it was the end of the week, then drinking every day, then both afternoon and evening. Matthew wove his web of words with us - now it is two months later and we are both about 20 pounds lighter in weight and back to only celebration drinking. Thank you Matthew
