When I was made redundant in October, my partner and I sat down to trim down our finances. We decided that smoking would have to go - as it was costing the pair of us £5000 a year. I rang Matthew, and he was kind enough to offer us a discount. He hypnotised us quickly and we were feeling dreamily relaxed, as he persuaded our minds not to smoke. Matthew just rang me for a seasonal check. I gave up smoking in Febuary, on the advice of a dentist - who gave me Matthew's card. I had rotten teeth and this was a real downer with the girls. I gave up smoking with Effective Hypnosis and got those teeth cleaned up. this has made me a lot more attractive. He offered a free session if i ever started again - but I stopped completely. He told me to tell everyone so here I am doing exactly that.
