Ciaron has just finished plastering a complete room for us - ceiling and walls plus new cornicing. This is the second time we have used his services. His standard of work is excellent and we are very happy with the high quality finish he has achieved. He does the plastering with the minimum amount of disruption and mess and respects the fact that he is working in your home, not on a building site. Ciaron plans his work well and kept us fully informed when extra work on a previous job meant he could not start our work on the first date we had agreed. Once he did start though, he stayed with us until the work was completely finished, starting every day on time. We contacted him after being given two separate references from happy locals.

I gave up at the end of October. i had tried all sorts of ways to stop, but Matt taught me to think as a non smoker - instead of a smokers who wanted to stop. His techniques were really helpful and now the craving has gone. Thanks Matt

I went to see Matt for weight loss last summer. I had tried several diets, but had completely underestimated how many calories I was using and how many calories I needed to burn up. But the hypnosis gave me back my confidence to commit to regular exercise and enjoying the gym. I discovered that, far from being boring, the gym is full of really nice people. I spent Christmas 2011 in hospital with pneumonia - missing my familly and friends, the parties, and feeling pretty miserable. As soon as I got out I went to see Matthew to stop smoking. Despite the fact that his diary was full, he managed to fit me in. He put me into a wonderful trance, that was almost as weird as my hallucinations at Christmas. It did the trick and I stopped. I still cough up, but I am healthy now. One year on - thank you Matthew.

Six months ago I was at rock bottom> My cocaine use had started agreeably enough, giving me a rush, to help me through a night out - but later it kept me awake all night and I needed to take a drink to get me to sleep> Then I needed more and more lines until i felt that click inside my head that told me I was at peace. It was costing the earth. Matthew trained me up to put myself into a wonderful trance, and I don't need any stimulants to get me there. Five stars please.

I got fed up with the jibes about my weight. People were winding me up and calling me Max Belly. I went to see Matt.
He asked me what had happened since I was at my ideal weight, and I realised that I was holding on to a lot of anger about my job - and was overeating as a way of coping.
We nailed it on the head and I lost weight. I actually have a much better relationship with my boss too.
