A girlfriend of mine went to Matthew Hall - so that she could lose weight. She wanted to get into her party dress and found it a huge squeeze - until she had followed his weight loss program. She lost a stone in weight and looked gorgeous. Anyway, she started to tease me about trimming down, implying that she would be off chasing slimmer men. I wasn't really worried about this, but I gave in to the digs. I went to Automatic Man for a repair to my gear box after hearing about them on a forum. I have to say, the service was brilliant! From the price to the quality of knowledge of the mechanics, everything was done very carefully and effectively. The team told me what they had done, so I had some knowledge on the whole thing, and a bit of advice on what to do if I need help with my gears again. Top job!

I went to Matthew's clinic in Ealing in the hope of stopping smoking and losing some weight. I stopped smoking immediately and found that I had a lot more energy. Wow. I can't believe how much I have changed. I went to see Matt about my smoking. He explained that it seemed to be mainly stress that was causing it. We tackled the stress. We tackled the smoking. And guess what? Because the stress was no longer causing me to store calories - I lost weight too. I went to Matthew to stop smoking. I had done it before, but started again at a party, and went downhill from there. I had thought that all the smokers were fun people, but I was starting to find them a bit boring, and the insults to authority a little predictable. Now that I have stopped with hypnotherapy I am able to tell them how wonderful it is to be a healthy, fit non smoker. They don't know what to make of me now. But I am free of addiction, and overjoyed with Matthew's work.
