Ciaron has just finished working on our very much unloved Victorian bedroom. He has done a great job of patching up the plaster , redoing the ceiling and skimming the whole room. It now looks great. He was able to provide us with a clear detailed quote prior to the work and priced up clearly the different options available. He is friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend him.

I went to see Matt when I realised that had to stop smoking. My wife became pregnant with our first child, and we made a plan to move house. Looking through our finances it became obvious that the smoking habit would have to go. Matt probed me to get at the reasons behind my wanting to give up. The money was easy to pin point - saving two and a half thousand a year. But I could also see that better health and more ability to enjoy life were high motivations too. The hypnosis was amazing. I felt that I had been under for only about ten minutes, but it was fifty five. I now have no desire to smoke. I highly recommend this service.

I went to Lighterl*fe to lose weight and, to a certain extent, it worked. I lost a stone in weight. But you aren't supposed to do it forever - so I stopped. A year later I had put back the weight and added more. I went back to Lighterl*fe. Whilst my group were all introducing themselves, I realised that all of us were returners - who had been through it before, lost the weight and then put it on again. I concluded that this was because they didn't change our attitudes towards food. I went to see Matt for hypnotherapy and my whole attitude changed. I lost two stones and kept it off. I am so happy now.

Well, it's been nearly a year since I gave up smoking with Matthew - so it worked. I did have a few cravings at first, but he gave me techniques for dealing with those. The Cd recording is still in use - because it is lovely to go to sleep to. I also found that my chest was a lot clearer in the winter and the colds stayed away. With all the money I had saved I went on a lovely holiday. Thank you Matthew

I realised how much I had changed when my boss asked me if I was going for a Friday night drink the other day. I had been to see Matthew on the issues of alcohol control and weight gain in January. I lost one and a half stones whilst with him, but lost another stone after that. So, when he asked me, I wondered why I should want to undo all the hard work. In the event I did go, and sipped fruit juice whilst all the others lived it up. But I made sure I told everyone how much I had changed. Joyce S

I drive for a living. After a few years at it, I started to develop back pain. I coped with this through cigarettes and pain killers . Gradually I became addicted to both smoking and codeine. I still needed both when I was on holiday. I went to see Matthew Hall. He gave me techniques to conquer my pain, and hypnotised me away from smoking and the tablets. I am much calmer now. Matt K
