I went to Effective Hypnosis with two problems - a) I couldn't sleep ,and b) I needed to stop smoking. My husband and I were desperate to get on the housing ladder. We saw a financial consultant, who identified that we were both spending £70 a week on smoking. He did say that we would be better placed for a first -time buyers mortgage if we saved this, He recommended Matthew Hall, who had helped his friend. We looked at Matthew's website, and the figures he gives - for the cost of a lifetime's smoking. We were staggered,and rang him immediately. He saw us both together, and, through hypnosis, removed the desire for smoking. He also put in a bit about sleeping better. We took away his recording and listened faithfully.
