Part psychological thriller, part profound meditation on the agonising cost of creativity, Faith Healer is a powerful, poetic exploration of trauma, guilt, and the stories we tell ourselves just to survive.
“The Fantastic Frank Hardy” is an erratic and charismatic faith healer who travels through the remote villages of Scotland and Wales, with his long-suffering partner, Grace, and his devoted manager, Teddy. As they share their memories of life on the road, their stories begin to conflict in heart-breaking and mysterious ways. Was Frank a genuine miracle worker or a fraud? Whose version of events do we believe?
