Ciaron came to quote at his appointment time, his quote was received that day and was competitive. He then came to undertake the making good the plasterwork of my three bedroom

Ciaron has just re-plastered three areas of water-damaged wall in our house. I had been rather dreading the upheaval but he made the experience straightforward and low-stress. I was impressed by his no-fuss approach, punctuality, organisation, diligence and tidiness - he kept mess to an absolute minimum and made a point of leaving the rooms clean and habitable at the end of the day. He is a cheerful but unobtrusive presence and really goes the extra mile. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Ciaron McPartlin refurbished the hall ceiling in our Ealing house in February 2016. The completed work is very neat and accomplished. Ciaron was thoroughly professional, kept to time, and always left the site clean and tidy. We were particularly impressed by Ciaron’s ability to resolve problems, and to introduce improvements, as the work was in progress. We would have no hesitation in employing him again. I cannot recommend Ciaron highly enough. He did a fantastic job installing new coving into a large sitting room and the final results were amazing. He works to the highest professional standard and is a joy to do business with. He is helpful, works quickly, is good fun and charges very reasonable fees for such a high quality service.

Ciaron worked with our house for about a week, plastering our main reception and patching up in several rooms following our electrician. To our eye Ciaron's work was top-notch, but it was the compliments from our professional painters & decorators who came through afterwards that really convinced us! The other reviews on his website are also spot-on, and we would use Ciaron again without hesitation.

Ciaron has done a couple of plastering jobs in the house for us, the standard of the job and the finish was to a very high standard. He was very meticulous with covering everything with clean dust sheets and tidied up very well after him. He is very reliable, arrived on time and finished the job in the allocated time. We found him to be good value and cannot recommend more highly.

We asked Ciaron to plaster all of our ceilings during May this year and we couldn't be happier with the result. Ciaron recommended using plasterboard on top of the ceilings with heavy Artex, and prior to skimming. This meant constructing a wooden boarder around the edges to extend our coving, as we have a Victorian property. The finish is amazing.
Ciaron is a true professional. Very neat and tidy about all aspects of his work, clearing away everyday for the two weeks it took to complete the job. At the end of the job the house was left spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ciaron for any plastering job simple or complex.

We first used McPartlin Plastering in 2001. Ciaron and his father (now retired) put up a new ceiling/
cornice/ceiling-rose in the sitting-room of our Victorian house. They did a wonderful job, the ceiling
looks like an original and hasn’t developed any cracks in 14 years. When we recently needed work
on two more ceilings, we didn’t consider anyone else despite having had good plasterers in and
out of the house on various building projects in the interim years. Ciaron has recently put up an
new plasterboard ceiling underneath the original in our dining-room - an excellent job. He also did
a much more complex job in our hall where the old lathe and plaster ceiling was in very poor
condition and starting to break up in places . We wanted to preserve all the detail of the lovely
original cornice This necessitated taking down the old ceiling bed with great care prior to boarding
and re-plastering it. Despite some risk, no damage was done to the cornice and the ceiling is good
as new. Ciaron has been extremely considerate and professional each step of the way - he gave
detailed and fair quotes, he responded quickly to all communications, he cleaned up thoroughly at
the end of each day and left the house immaculate at the end of the job. We would highly
recommend his services.

Ciaron has recently finished work on the breakfast room and kitchen of our 120 year old Victorian house. Previously he has worked on our master bedroom and my study. All the work involved new ceilings in those rooms as well as replastering the walls. While the work was being done we were able to leave a bed as well as tables and other furniture in those rooms as a result of Ciaron using proper access equipment. This results in less upheaval than one would imagine .
All the work that Ciaron has done has been of such an excellent standard that one can just paint a replastered wall or ceiling without having to resort to lining paper which saves a lot of work, expense as well as aggravation. Ciaron is always very tidy, cooperative and trustworthy. He is reliable, prompt and you are always kept in the picture as to how things are going.

I can highly recommend Ciaron’s professionalism and the quality of his workmanship. I had a hall ceiling that was original to my 1900 house but was badly cracked. Ciaron was able to rectify the problem without removing the original mouldings. Now it has been painted you would not realise anything had been done. Excellent job.

Ciaron has just finished working on our very much unloved Victorian bedroom. He has done a great job of patching up the plaster , redoing the ceiling and skimming the whole room. It now looks great. Ciaron Mc Partlin is the consummate professional when it comes to plastering and finishing walls, ceilings, cornices and mouldings. I found his quote reasonable and he did everything he said he would. He came on the agreed date, worked hard every day until the job was done, cleared up and left no mess, and was cheerful with it. I was delighted with Ciaron's work. He plastered one of my bedrooms and the work was completed quickly and with no hassle whatsoever. It made such a difference to the room, and I couldn't believe how clean and tidy it was at the end of the job as I always thought plastering was such a messy job! I had a few quotes and whilst he wasn't the cheapest I decided to go for his quote via recommendations and experience, as I have heard horror stories from friends chosing cheap quotes thinking they were getting a bargain, but having to have the work redone as the quality was so bad, ending up with them paying way over what they should have. I would highly recommend Ciaron to anyone thinking of hiring a plasterer.
