This week sees the launch of the brand new Harry Potter movie - Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince and where better to see it than Durham Gala Cinema.
The film is the 6th in the series and is set to be the most exciting yet. And with it launching this week, as the local children finish school for the holidays, it will be a guaranteed success.
As Harry embarks on his 6th year at Hogwarts School, he realises that the school is no longer the sanctuary that it once was. In a race against time Harry and Dumbledore have to work together to try and defeat Lord Voldermort and rid the school of his evil, but at the same time Voldermort is closing in on the muggle world, so Harry has to try and save both the wizard and muggle world.
Gala Durham is showing the film at a range of times from lunchtime to evening, but you need to be quick if you are to see the film in the first few days of its release, as tickets are going fast.
