Durham Shopping Extravaganza held on Wednesday and Thursday 14th and 15th October at the Northern Echo Darlington Arena.
This is the 21st Year of fundraising for charities in and around Durham and in that time over £250,000 has been raised. The charities to benefit this year are DISC (Young Carers Support) The Alzheimer’s Society in the North East and The Weardale Community Hospital.
Entrance is £4.00. Lots of free parking and a fantastic selection of stalls from all over the country and over half have never exhibited at this venue before. Stallholders donate 10% of all proceeds over the two days to the charities. Registered charity number 1061921.
Opening times are 14th October 10am until 5.30pm and on the 15th October 10 am until 4pm.
