I WOULD RECOMMEND SIMON BERRY TO ANYONE NEEDING AN OPTICIAN. SIMON IS A CARING PERSON WHO HAS DEALT WITH ALL MEMBERS OF OUR FAMILY WITH THE SAME CARE AND ATTENTION. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY THOROUGH IN HIS EXAMINATIONS AND DOES NOT ALWAYS REQUIRE YOU TO BUY SOMETHING.

I felt is was about time for my daughter and I to have an eye test. I decided to make an appointment with Simon Berry. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely girl on reception. When it was time to go into see the optician it was Simon Berry himself. What a lovely man - he asked my daughter all about her eyes and then explained exactly what he was going to do next. He spent time making sure she new exactly what he was going to do and why. We were both so pleased with the service we decided to have the photos taken of the back of your eyes. Simon even explained all about the photos and then emailed them to me at home so I could show my husband. An exceptional optician with exceptional staff.

I have been a customer with Simon Berry Opticians for a number of years now.I have had excellent service and have found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. They have a good range of frames at reasonable prices. I am so happy I have found an opticians where you are not just another customer like I felt at my previous high street opticians. I did had problems with contact lenses but Simon kept trying until he found a suitable product for me.
