Myself and my family visit this great pub we are always made to feel very welcome, the service is second to none nothing is too much, it has a great atmosphere and the ales are kept very well, it has a great play area for the children with plenty of room to run around. After visiting other pubs in the area we have found nothing to come close it is a credit to Tony and his staff.

We have now given up trying to find somewhere that is better value for our Sunday lunch, so it's the Ship Inn or stay at home!!

I visit this pub regularly as the food at the Ship Inn is really good. They do a three course lunch which is excellent value for money - plenty of variety and plenty of food.
