During the weight loss phase of the programme you will use very low calorie meal replacements that contain at least 100% of your daily nutritional requirements and allow you to lose weight at around one stone per month.

Will I get any help ?

Vivienne Stewart is your trained LighterLife Counsellor. Based in Doncaster, she will work with you in small, single sex groups and help you to understand the thoughts, feelings and experiences that have led to you being overweight. 

You will be supported and helped to develop a new relationship with food that will enable you to maintain your new healthy weight in the longer term.

Once your weight loss is complete, you will begin to introduce every day foods back into your diet with Vivienne to support you all the way.
