Trish of Hopley House has had a very envious reputation for making top quality cakes for quite a while. But she hadn’t entered her cakes into competition since 2006 when she walked off with a GREAT TASTE AWARD - no mean feat - for her Sticky Stem Ginger cake.
But now she has TWO more awards to boast of.
Firstly, her incredibly popular Reduced Sugar Tea Bread grabbed one award in the Food North West Fine Food Awards, and then her Handmade Christmas Pudding was heralded as being the very best Christmas Pudding in the North West.
