83% of employers do not provide stress management advice and support
Despite stress being the second most frequent cause of workplace illness in the UK, affecting over 400,000 people a year, only 17% of employers provide stress management training or advice.
A DWP study found only a slim majority agreed that the financial benefits of investing in employee health and wellbeing outweighed the costs, with half believing that their employees would not want them to intervene in terms of their physical and mental health.
What do you think? Do you want your employer to provide training in Stress Management?
