The object of the day is to come along and try some classes.
No preparation is needed or special equipment. All you have to be is aged over 19.
For dance classes and yoga/pilates/meditation it is advised to wear loose clothing
(and for yoga, pilates & meditation an exercise mat would be handy but not essential).
Whilst we will do our best to make sure that everyone will be able to get to as many
classes as possible, there is a class size limit to some, so it would be wise to book a place ahead otherwise it will be first come first served!
