ABRAHAM emerged f rom the flourishing Swiss music scene of the past decade. During their now 8 years of existence and through festivals and tours supporting Cult of Luna and The Ocean, the band have forged their reputation as one of the leading post metal bands in Europe - but this record here is really...something else. Something else in every imaginable regard: Intensity. Conceptuality. Ferocity. Delivery. Obsession. Depth. Length. Darkness. Madness."

SET and SETTING: Gorgeous and unexpectedly heavy... There is a quiet joy held within its tangle of notes... There are metallic moments coursing underneath... Now more than ever, we need beautiful music - and Set and Setting has delivered."

FUTURE USSES have really only played a handful of shows in their short career, main songwriter Sacha Dunable has been a member of Intronaut for almost 15 years, and dabbled with various doom metal projects over the years, like Bereft (LA). FUTURE USSES takes small elements of what those bands do and magnifies them, combining the slow-motion crushing power of doom with the atmosphere and dense harmonic tendencies of Intronaut".

REMOTE VIEWING: Remote Viewing features all of Palehorse's members save for Mark Dicker and Ben Dawson, and also features former members of Million Dead and a number of other acts. The album is described by Hominid Sounds, who will release the record, as telling "the story of cousins choking to death on the night bus. Of failed suicide attempts in provincial supermarket carparks. Of quiet, kind, generosity. Of parents dying. Of beautiful flower arrangements. Of a lack of patience, and then reprieve." The record's seven tracks see them weave between hardcore, post-rock and noisy, doom-y metal, from the menacing opening sounds of 'Suitcase Full Of Exposure' through to the only slightly calmer tones of closer 'Tastes Of Nothing', showing little signs of letting up in its intensity as the record rolls on.
