Introduction to Breathing: A Foundational Class for Relaxation & Meditation

Learn the basics of breathing for relaxation and meditation in a clear, no-nonsense class. Perfect for beginners and the simply curious, this session explores how to work with the mind and breath together to relax the body and find a greater sense of mental ease and calm.

The class is taught by David, who brings over thirty years of meditation experience across different traditions, including a year on silent retreat and a master's degree in Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong. Attendees are invited to learn basic techniques, ask questions, and discover this approach to relaxation in a welcoming environment.
