The class is taught by David, who brings over thirty years of meditation experience across different traditions, including a year on silent retreat and a master's degree in Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong. Attendees are invited to learn basic techniques, ask questions, and discover this approach to relaxation in a welcoming environment.
