Christmas in Chorley begins in style with the Christmas Lights Switch On, sponsored by Chorley Eats and Lockdown Kitchen & Bar.

Join the festive fun with live entertainment, special guests, and the return of the Totally Locally Chorley Christmas Market, featuring over 50 independent stalls, artisan food and drink, crafts, and children’s activities.
Special Guest:
The Reverend Richard Coles – vicar, broadcaster, and author – will officially switch on Chorley’s Christmas lights at 5pm, joined by representatives from Chorley FC. The event will be hosted by Graham Liver from BBC Radio Lancashire.
Highlights:
10am–6pm: Totally Locally Christmas Market
1pm: Entertainment begins on the Market Street stage
5pm: Lights switch-on celebration
Free parking on most town centre car parks (except Flat Iron).
